iDoSEO & this website complies to the DPA (Data Protection Act 1998) & already complies to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) which came into effect from May 2018. I will update this policy accordingly after the completion of the UK's exit from the European Union.

It explains how I comply with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), the DPA (Data Protection Act) & the PECR (Privacy & Electronic Communications Regulations).

The account data may be processed for the purposes of operating my website, providing my services, ensuring the security of my website & services, maintaining back-ups of my databases & communicating with you. The legal basis for this processing is consent OR my legitimate interests, namely the proper administration of my website & business OR the performance of a contract between you & myself and/or taking steps, at your request, to enter into such a contract.

12.1. I adopt a Social Media Policy to ensure I conduct myself accordingly online. While I may have official profiles on social media platforms users are advised to verify the authenticity of such profiles before engaging with, or sharing information with such profiles. I will never ask for user passwords or personal details on social media platforms. Users are advised to conduct themselves appropriately when engaging with myself on social media.

12.2. There may be instances where my website features social sharing buttons, which help share web content directly from web pages to the respective social media platforms.
